- We are located in Shanghai, China with convenient transportation access. We can arrange a car pickup to our company, which is only 20 minutes from Pudong International Airport. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory.

- For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
- How long will it take to receive my products?
- As a general rule, it will take 2-3 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.
- Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
- Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging needs.
- Is there a minimum order requirement?
- Due to high machine setup costs and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. It is recommended to order a 20'GP or 40'HC to reduce unit price and shipping costs.
- Can I get a sample?
- Yes, samples are available on some stock items with a nominal shipping charge. Samples based on your artwork are also available but include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. Sample making usually takes a week.
- What are your office hours?
- You can reach us between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. GTM+8, Monday through Saturday, except holidays.
- Do you have a price catalog?
- No, we are a professional corrugated board printed packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork, so we do not have a price catalog.
