1. Where Is Your Factory Located? How can I Visit There?
We located in Shanghai, can arrange car pick you up to our company its only cost 20 minutes by car to the Pudong International airport. Warmly welcome you to visit our factory!
2. How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule, it will take 2-3 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.
3. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
We are a custom shop. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to high machine setup cost and shipping freight, MOQ is 500 PCS. It is recommended to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items are free. Custom sample will includes a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs.
